Who are the Boosters?
The Boosters are a group of volunteer parents, like you, coming together to support the Concordia community and all of its activities.
Does the Booster Club only support athletic activities?
NO! This parent association supports academics, athletics, performing arts, ministry, extracurricular activities and miscellaneous school needs.
How does the Booster Club raise the funds it distributes?
The Booster Club raises funds through spirit wear sales, operating the concession stands for various events, selling ad space in the activities program and through Booster Club Champions.
Where does Booster Club money go?
The Booster Club buys sports uniforms on a three year rotating basis as well as fulfills wish lists for all sports and activities. Last year's highlights include:
BASEBALL- Personal pitcher pro, pocket path arm training kits, hitter seat, swing path trainer, and power alley lite.
BASKETBALL- New dry erase boards for locker rooms and a two handled mop for the gym
BELL CHOIR- New table coverings for practice and performances
CHEER- Tumbling mats
CROSS COUNTRY-Complete Cross Country kit for hosting future meets
FOOTBALL- Stationary bike for on and off field. Hydration system for field
GOLF- Birdie balls for boys and girls golf teams
MUSIC DEPARTMENT- Electric violin, jazz ride cymbals, three electric guitars
ONE ACT- Shop vac, wagon and slide whistle
ROBOTICS-Updated VEX software
SHOOTING SPORTS- Portable gun racks and ammunition for practice
SOCCER- Two full sized moveable soccer goals
WRESTLING-Three attack dummies, attack style wrestling kit, and training system
New grill for outdoor concession stand
Step and Repeat to be used for "Signing Day" and other events
Three EZ UP tents with sidewalls to use at TRACK meets and special Concordia events
